Chris Kelley has worked in HR and especially compensation in a variety of settings for more than twenty years. In 2004, he founded HR Analytic Services, an HR consulting firm specializing in compensation.
More recently, he founded KnowledgePay, which offers a new generation of enterprise HR software that integrates all compensation information from all sources — market surveys, internal job evaluation criteria, job descriptions, performance assessments and more — to optimize decision-making about employee reward and recognition.
